ReCoach is a program designed to strengthen skills and promote a corporate culture based on collaboration and innovation. The idea came from President and CEO Pasquale Lambardi, who personally experienced coaching with Fabrizio Decio, Master Coach Trainer ICU (International Coaching University), to achieve both professional and personal goals.. Currently, half of the employees have successfully completed the first phase, 60 collaborators have obtained the qualification of Professional Coaches and 12 have become Coach Trainers.
