Confirming this commitment, Luca Malinverno, our AI Adoption & Innovation Lead, gave the speech “Data SSOmmelier: serving the right answer, at the right time,” showing how an agent developed with Microsoft Copilot Studio was integrated into Teams for a leading company in the Food & Beverage sector, addressing real-world challenges related to: - permission management in SharePoint - indexing delays - differences between site collections and Teams-connected libraries During the session, best practices, reusable patterns, and anti-patterns to avoid were shared, based on the experience gained in bringing Microsoft Copilot Studio from PoC to production.
