An increasingly prominent figure in the AI ecosystem, Relatech has announced a major shift in its governance with the appointment of Emiliano Rantucci as its new CEO, with the goal of strengthening operational execution and consolidating the group's international positioning. Pasquale Lambardi will remain as Executive Chairman, focusing on M&A strategy, international development, and coverage of high-potential markets. He will also continue to represent Relatech at the institutional level and promote the brand's growth in Europe.

Rantucci brings to Relatech a solid international background, gained at Avanade and Capgemini, where he held senior roles. At Capgemini, he began his career by integrating a system integration startup he founded, immediately demonstrating an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented approach. He has collaborated with several companies, consolidating his expertise in consulting and system integration related to the Microsoft ecosystem, working in a variety of sectors. He holds a degree in Economics and a Master's degree in General Management for SMEs.
