Relatech is among the winners of the 2025 Areté Award, a prestigious recognition that celebrates excellence in responsible communication, promoted by Nuvolaverde and awarded during the CSR and Social Innovation Fair, held at Bocconi University in Milan from October 8 to 10, 2025.
The award, accepted by President Pasquale Lambardi and Rossella Caiazzo, Head of Communications at Relatech, during the official ceremony held on Friday, October 10, was presented in the Internal Communications category for the ReCoach project, the corporate coaching program designed to enhance human capital and promote a people-centered corporate culture. Open to all employees, ReCoach aims for personal and professional growth and aims to enhance people's skills, especially empathetic communication, active listening, and the ability to achieve specific goals.
A jury of journalists and experts selected ReCoach as a virtuous example of internal communication, appreciating its innovative approach and ability to translate Relatech's founding principles into daily practice, promoting a development model inspired by a human-centric vision that guides the company's entire strategy. This significant achievement takes on even greater significance considering the presence, among the finalists, of major groups such as Bper Banca, Banca Sella, TIM, and A2A.
The Areté Award, now in its twenty-second year, confirms its position as a benchmark for the culture of responsibility, carving out a recognizable path in the responsible communications landscape and rewarding projects capable of combining innovation, ethics, and social impact.
